hmm, paid low ten figures for this acquisition. Completion of the first 80 unit project at fair market value should pay for the acquisition, with five to eight million to spare...net.
sounds like a good move to me. I specialize in renovation construction and believe me, it is the one area of the construction world that is recession proof, if anything, the worse the housing market, the better the renovation business. IMHO
