only 4 people on this board are talking about buying this small company. it would seem there should be a lot more, soon. Talking with a friend about what DECN has been through and where they can go in reaping the awards - He thought a lot of supporters are waiting for the pay day; This person referenced - his son is a lawyer - and he will have him review PACER and other items in the public stage, so that I can get another unbiased view of this gem.
