I inform the board of what I understand, and this is the response I get. Terrible.

It's no more joking or Terrible, than informing the forum Franks is going to take a quick trip to Saudi Arabia to serve as an oil consultant, and it means money to BAYP. Where Bloomberg lists Frank's experience as VP at "Exit Only" a shell which BAYP backed into, and on the BOD of BAYP. Where BAYP drips of oil experience acquired since it decided to give up its scam Gold mining in 2012. Bloomberg had no info for Frank's educational background.

Really... if it's being implied the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia eagerly seeks out the oil expertise of a microcrap scam pretending to be in the oil business for 3 yrs, then why not have the Russians in on the rumors? And since, BAYP acquires (dry/plugged) oil wells for FREE, then why not have the Russians sell half of Siberia to BAYP for 100M shares? If wild speculation about BAYP hitting the big time with Saudi Arabia isn't a joke, then nothing is for this microcrap scam.

BTW - whatever happened to the wild prediction about an audit, and Form 10 submission? Still auditing 2014? Well, if the Form 10 isn't in by 30-Oct, they can start on the 2015 audit, and make the same promise for next year.

Also that JV is really jumping. Or are they saving the scam PRs for the Feb P&D?

And whatever happened to LeRoy, and his $15M? Hiding from FINRA? Or does he still expect his 9% interest on the note? When was the last time BAYP claimed $1.3M in revenue?

But why worry about such things, when we can have "Clay" (always first name basis for these scams) bringing untold or never told instead wealth to a microcrap oil scam. How about sending him next to the Gulf of Mexico just in time for hurricane season. Venezuela will just have to wait for his imaginary oil expertise.
