Because LP's are losing money like crazy and they don't know what to do...

Doctors do not prescribe cannabis because Health Canada stipulates that cannabis has no medical value.

That is a tough sale for doctors. Who wants to lose his licence over weed?

A few private clinics (only one in Quebec) will ''maybe'' prescribe cannabis but the cost is 400$+ a year.

Folks cannot be bothered and they flock to dispensaries.

Dispensaries have non-capped oil, shatter, dabs, wax, pommades, tinctures... the works... and constant flow of the best buds in the world. That would be BC Bud for you suits.

They do not try to deceives sick folks with twiggs or paid reviews.

And they for the most part always given money for the cause.

That is more than i can say for LP's.
