BE has suggested that a stockholders audit of stock distribution may be valuable, so as to see who has been selling tens of millions of shares in the last few years, and I agree that would be interesting information.

A common sense approach to "double dealing" if such has been found to occur i.e. promotion on the one hand while common shareholders incur losses.
The real issue of dislike for BE has been his bullying. But even that's not all bad. On that board he has at least ferreted out a few emotional fools in the process.
