As noted in the recent Proxy, they keep the conversion share count reserved against the limit. Presently 46M shares of common are reserved for such. They only reserve for the outstanding shares.

Once (notice the lack of question marks ) the additional shares get authorized, they will have plenty of room to sell either common or the remaining Series-E.
