Nobody believes NTEK will deliver. The market sees constant dilution after saying they wouldn't raise the A/S they doubled it in 6 short months. No audited financial statements after saying they were coming for 2 years and David Foley is sitting in prison for fraud. Plenty of reasons for money to stay away from NTEK.
