And I disagree. I ask my wife, who is a paralegal and prepared county commissioners agendas for twenty years, why that was listed. Her Answer is what I previously posted. It is simply a tracking mechanisim. As to why it is there it is because it was questioned in the prior meeting. If It was under consent, one vote would have passed it and all,other items under consent heading. It is were it is due to this being the first agenda it has been on since the original. So, unless fresno has an entirely differant parliamentary process I will standnwith her assessment.

BTW SHE ALSO BELIEVES THAT FROM THE ANTICS THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON, THAT SOMEONE ON THE COUNCIL DOESN't want this project to get a go vote. Sorry for caps not going to retype.
