You talking about George Cabral? No, not yet I have been tied up with a construction loan, b/c banks these days just don't want to give them out. I think he is a franchisee though, not sure about CEO. I do see an update on the docket as of 8/27. It is a notice for parties to "appear" via phone conference, and is scheduled by the court for 9/3/15 at 2pm. I am hoping this is the day that the judge says "put up or shut up" so that no more tax dollars are wasted on this. For a civil disagreement, this has been drug out far too long.
