I attended a baltia share holders meeting nearly 11 years ago, and at that meeting it was my first time being introduced to Igor. He came to the meeting with a raincoat and speedos. I was deeply concerned about his attire, but I continued to hear out we had to say.

After that meeting I approached Mr Igor and asked him when will we be certified. ..He looked around scratched his belly and told me by the end of that current month. ...

A decade has passed since I've met Igor and we are still dealing with the same issues that we were dealing with 11 years ago:(


Unfortunately 99% of all l penny stocks are scams and this is a well known fact. While at the meeting I attended, their were a lot of investors that seemed lost and confused and didn't have faith in this company anymore. One particular investor I remember, asked igor a question that made him storm out the room in such anger.The question was/ if baltia was ready to accept failure? In my honest opinion I think failure has greeted this company on the second mini vac failure.
