From the sounds of it... has lead numerous investors into a pinksheet stock that they are completely underwater on... and takes no responsibility for his actions... yet does nothing but blames others for his words, recommendations and actions...

My goodness! You claim that BE has been a promoter?
Could you point to one example where this has occurred?
There are many, many examples of shameless and (and possibly paid) promotions by many others, including those who have pumped the stock days before a sharp reversal to the downside. I can't name names here...
Some years ago, driven by enthusiasm for the promising geology of the LDM and greater ADL, I found myself promoting the company. This was, of course, uncompensated and driven only by goodwill and the desire for others to share in good fortune. Although others have done the same, I am saddened by the thought that my naivete may have impacted other earnest investors negatively in the long run.
