Shareholders should be suing prior management and so should Tesarski be suing Blackburn and Reid. The simple fact that it is not happening proves that Blackburn and company are still in control of Treaty/TECO/Trymerica. It is the same old bunch or Tesarski and the BOD would have acted on behalf of investors and filed suit for damages caused.
