Tony, I understand your point but, They were selling a portion of the company . BOTH sides were talking the same talk(DOMK & MOBO) . I was aware of the deal not being 100% consummated. Don't knock a stock because you yourself did not have the knowledge of up to date DD. It no your fault 100% because Andy had a lot on his plate at the time and was trying to find a deal to replace MOBO . Anyway at present time we are back in touch with Andy and the company is up to date and moving in a positive direction.
