The way CBIS and other scam stocks are promoted is to trick noobs into thinking they are real. Thus the bogus PRs, bogus "news" over and over. Gambling on stinky pinkies is everyone's choice. But everyone should know what they are getting in to.

Any basic DD on CBIS shows it's a recycled P&D scam.

Those attempting to defraud investors will have a harder time when the fraud is exposed. Similar to dealing with other types of Internet & phone fraud.
