Decisionmaking Process: 1. After June 20th, Executives will narrow the list down to a few top contenders. 2. Search will be done regarding trademark, domain, etc. 3. Those that emerge from this search will be reconsidered by executives. 4. CEO will make final decision and recommend one name to the Board of Directors. 5. BOD will vote it up or down; if approved, they will recommend it to the shareholders for vote. 6. Shareholders will vote it up or down; if approved, it will become effective at the end of the transition period. 7. Transition plan (stock symbol, logo, printed materials, stock certificates, web site, etc.) will be developed and executed. 8. Transition period will be complete September 15th, and the Company will begin using the new name.
So, on 15 September they start using their new name so prior to that date the meeting must have been conducted. My personal opinion is that they need at least 1 month between approval during SHM and starting of the new name.
timeline according me,
15 july >>> announcement. 15 August >>> SHM 15 Sept >>> start new name
