Insiders own <14% of the common shares. I doubt there will be much made on the common. The insiders hardly care since they can issue up to 6B shares to fund the business and pay themselves. Now the preferred stock is 100% owned by insiders and will be where they will make any money, if they do. Maybe they will convert the preferred to common to get back to focus on price appreciation. This all results in more dilution and delusion IMO. I am surprised the company is valued over $1M with all the debt and losses.
