How can anyone be *lucky* getting filled at any price with PTOI when the stock is continually manipulated *down* by claims of resets and all other forms of nefarious stock trading?
IMO, a prudent investor would be smart to hold their trading funds to buy until the supposed manipulation stops. If investors had disregarded all the manipulation claims since 3/2010, they could have saved themselves the huge losses they suffered by buying and averaging down from $6.00 to .06 cents.
