I think the merger will happen.
Maybe shorts think otherwise.
Everybody knows there will be no income for at least a year to 18 months from Lithium.
The mud story is low level due to the low oil price and the closing of the drills.
They will start to produce the Lithium needed for Tesla's Gigafactory end 2016. Just in time for the start of battery production and pushing this stock to (multi)dollar level.
Battery pack assembly with Japanese Panasonic batteries is to start medio 2016 in the Gigafactory.
Or maybe it's just all a wet dream I'm having........
