I don't have facts and numbers to back up this response, but I don't agree with probably half of this article. I'm an American contractor working here in Japan and I can tell you, with too much frustration, the Japanese conserve every ounce possible, , , of everything. They don't use energy, period. I'm especially talking about air conditioning and heating. It's very common for hotels and many businesses to shut off the A/C in the middle of the day or for many months. For example, the hotel I stay in shut off the A/C from September thru April. Completely off. It was still pretty warm in September and April. So I find it very difficult to believe that this country accounts for 35% of LNG use in Asia or even globally. And when I read last week that Japan would resume using nuclear energy I nearly ruptured my spleen laughing so hard. Thank god I'm a medic. After their nuclear meltdown
a few years back, constant earthquakes, and their lack of energy use I call absolute BS. I smell someone with a hidden agenda behind the molded curtain. Now China, India, the rest of Asia, , , maybe they use LNG as much as this article claims. But Japan? I really doubt it. Hooah!

Send me, here am I. I am Airborne.
