Thats why the switcharoo. Revamp Monster Arts as something new and get new buyers. Hide the old stuff.
The CEO stays the same, selling shares stays the same, only a name change (with a possible RS thrown in) and give it a new direction. You would think people would wise up, but it just wont happen.
