skeptic0...Here is the copy of an email I sent to Genelabs (GNLB) on 06/16/2006. As of yet I've had no response from them. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow, I will call their office on Wednesday.

"Please see that this email get's in the right hands at Genelabs.

My name is xxxxx xxxxxxx and I am a shareholder of GNLB.

Below is a copy of 3 posts I made on the IHUB internet stock chat board. I would like to know if Genelabs is aware of this situation and what, if anything, you're doing to address these issues.

TIA

In case anyone wants to know: GNLB was added to the "Naked Short List" yesterday. As of May 2006 there was a failure to deliver on 31,936 shares with only 17.82 million shares outstanding.

Please everyone.........SQUEEZE!!!!!

Anyone watching the pre-market bid/ask on GNLB? Very strange! The bid was jumping back and forth at $1.46 to a $1.47. This was changing every 2 to 3 seconds for about 10 minutes.

Then the bid jumped to switching between $1.53 to $1.54. Again, every 2 or 3 seconds. Now the bid is switching between $1.40 & $1.41. AND AGAIN, every 2 or 3 seconds. I've never seen this type action before on any stock.

Meanwhile the ask has stayed at $1.91 except for a few minutes when it dropped back to $1.89.

Really weird!!

Now 6 minutes until the open and the bid is doing the same thing between $1.45 & $1.46.

Only 17.82 million shares outstanding but yet on 06/05/2006 over 20 million shares were traded. The Naked Short List was for May 2006 when the price was well under a dollar.

I wonder how much naked shorting has went on this month since almost 3 million more shares were traded in one day than what GNLB has outstanding.

I smell a RAT!
