Why

Let us assume two things from the start.

1) The majority of the players are rational

2) They are logical to a point as well

Then;
Risk... Why would anyone or any company do something like this? Because the reward for those involved is worth the risk. PBLS had to of known that its investors would discover that the A/S had been raised. Do you think that that PR today was just out of the blue? It was to stop a back-slide that would of come without it (Could still come). We only see one side of things here. Assuming 1 & 2 above are correct then PBLS risked this A/S action to get something greater in return. I am of the opinion that PBLS is not worried about cry-baby investors, holding investor's hands or for that matter operating in a fashion that represents a world-class company Until it suits them. I will leave my chips on the table until one of two things happen

1) to see what action was worth the risk

or

2) to discover that management does not fit 1 or 2 of the above assumptions

Personally,
I do not really want them to act like a world class company until they close on a Company-Maker project.
