"Seasoned traders" wouldn't have a clue as to how long the SEC takes to investigate a company like Marani (MRIB) as they don't have access to that information. All they have is anecdotal information, typically the stuff that could only be classified as an "old wives' tale".

EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT, RIGHT?

Even those with "friends in the SEC"!


Here is just one of the plethora of publicly available materials which provide some learned research on SEC investigations, including information on the time required for these investigations. This is a common one, there are numerous others with more updated info - I just happen to like this item. The American Bar Association has done some work on these, as have other respected groups; all easily available and well known to experienced traders. Enjoy!!!
