Just got off the phone with the CFO,

Stated Fins are delayed due to new auditor new auditor wants to complete everything himself because its his name going on the report to the SEC.

Stated a few times that "big things" are happening currently there.

Also with Francine being CEO, she said she has been very busy since returning from her vacation.



All in all very professional and reassuring.
