The day at FPFI starts as all have in the past several weeks with that BOGUS 30,000 share bid at .0001. Its been there for weeks and possibly longer as I paid little attention to it prior to that.

Wonder what story is being fabricated on Adermann Dr to try to get a bid back. $1000 available on the bid wont help anyone convert their note.

Expect an interesting pump & dump from the gatekeepers in the next week or so. They need some interest or the converters won't be real happy.

Spend you money on a lottery ticket and NOT on FPFI.

STAY OFF THE BID!. Its a lose lose situation here.

If you are looking to get in, go read the latest 10Q and in particular the convertible notes and how many are due in September 2015 and how the discount rates are now as high as 55%. Those discounts will amount in billions of shares being readily available to dump to the bid to stop any chance of a run on the share price.

The converters will have a base cost of .000045 on hundreds of millions of shares. That means they more than double their money at .0001 sales price.

This is not a good place to put your money at this point in time.
