Catty, they were worth approx $2 each if paid in full (less the expenses of administrating them). I'd have to go look at the total share at the time they were issued and the admin cost were not disclosed.

From what I gather Ani had to tell Computershare that they could be transferred and this could only be done when a deal was done or the 10 years had expired.

Now we just have to wait for the announcement and the terms of the deal.
