They had the money to pay the credit note due mid 2015 and decide not
to do it , instead they filed Ch11 .
From that moment everything was under supervision of the court.
They even stop paying their share of the cash needed for block z-1
that forced pacific to take them to court in N.Y.
so they owe to the committee 230million and they owe pacific 20million
and you think nothing will happen?????
Bpz decided not to pay but thay doesn't mean the creditors will abdicate
their right to sue.
