MikCR: I agree. Here is why. Arrayit has seen what dilution has done for their own share price. They know that issuing another 10,000,000 million of "AVDX"shares even for a divendnd. Would greatly reduce "AVDX" share price. I believe that both "ARYC & AVDX" have a reason for doing this. I believe that they suspect their share price will be much higher by the end of "September" which is why they tweeted the divicend to be issued in "September". I posted 2, or 3 weeks ago that I had wondered. If "OvaDx" testing was near completion, and that was why they secured the open loan , or what ever it is called from the banking people in New York. I still think something big our way comes by end of "September" despite what the "General" says. I intend on holding no matter what the share price is , or how much bashing takes place between now, and then. I may even add another 1/4 million shares. GLTA longs.
