Or dates/facts are being ignored like the more recent 8k filing?

GTRQ fully disclosed it would be classified as a shell initially in the S1 and now the MORE RECENT 8k clearly provides information that SUPERSEDES the S1 original status... AMAZINGLY SIMPLE CONCEPT!
