But if they can make the payments and on time, it should not be a concern. Locking folks out of buying a home simply because they feel they are artificially allowing those who shouldn't be able to afford a home to get one is wrong and should not be tolerated. The bottom line is, can they make the payments; yes, give them the loan, no, deny the loan. It's that simple.


They want them killed off because they feel they are artificially allowing those who shouldn't be able to afford a home get one. They believe the free market would never loan to these people at these prices.
