IMHO, I always thought about that. Seems more like a figure head or someone who is there to make sure no one goes to jail and there are no issues with the SEC or FDA. Financial filings on-time etc etc. I never got the impression he is ultimately calling the shots. Perhaps the promoter or some other entity.
