Why can't they be more transparent ?

I can't see how issuing so many shares can help a starving stock price without some clear justification for this dilution. I would like to have believed that the co was doing this for valid reason and not as an insurance policy for failure.

As many have stated that they will wait until the 11th hour to vote ...so will I. As a shareholder the dogs are correct that we are entitled to be heard, etc....

Lesson learned.
