I'm not sure, but I think it would be something in the background, otherwise, they could have gotten the shares over the last few days for around .06

I wonder if it was done for an exchange of services. I am new at this, so I don't really know, but it seams to me that if an exchange was made over a few different times then the average exchange rate of stock could have been estimated at .10

What do ya'll think?
