Useless because mtvx still sells the products that the patents are for??? Because mtvx generates revenue from those products and patents? So no matter what web site posting you find that says this or that. MTVX is generating income from those patents and no one else is. Which is the entire point to a patent in the first place. The fact mtvx did this or that with them in the mean time is useless. They have the patents to exclusively sell their products. Case closed. All startups mortgage their intellectual properties for financing funds in the beginning. But you knew all this. Smh. Go mtvx!!!!!
