Hey Ash,

I don't have PM anymore, but there is news about the acquisition. Some analysts have said that the value of the PPS is $1+ if the acquisition goes through successfully. There will be an article posted soon regarding this valuation and breakdown.

The company they are in a LOI with earned $18.6M with $14.3M in working capital.
