No, PA couldn'g come clean and tell us professionally through a PR that there are current acquisitions underway, which involve huge amounts of share/cash. It could have been done in a very professional manner, and not under the table as it was in the past. Now PA has done it again with no remorse! Worse, he's let his scape-goat Mike Mulshine tell the story... a story I bet would be different than what Ron Blackburn would tell.
This whole thing stinks to high-hades!
