Oh to the contrary!

Like my earlier post, I know they are working towards a closing, no doubt in my mind about it.

They care about share price, but are not putting out news because things happen and it takes time. No Press because they want to show execution which is much better than future "promises of an acquisition". So announcing a closing of an acquisition is much better than announcing the possibility of one happening. This is where I think we are my friend!

I have been following NESV for a year and a half, but do as you wish, I am staying right here!
