People, as I said a R/S is being made. I also said the ratio would only benefit shareholders of a billion plus shares. There are only 3 such persons. When a company is going nowhere, the old slide step is done. This will keep the SEC happy and screw the other shareholders. Once Andy files his form 3, this baby is a done deal. Sorry folks but the jig is up for us average joe's. I can't say it was fun while it lasted. This is typical of the OTC companies. Shareholders come last. Sorry, good luck in your future trades.
