share of GNC percentage of sales has grown from 4% of the total sales to low teens % of total sales the past couple quarters. The exclusive brand wall displays seem to have had a positive effect when viewed through total sales reports.

One thing upon which I am confident is that if protein bars sales were that positive the company would have said so by now. They never understate anything. They always overstate.

The only statement I have read regarding the protein bars is the bodybuilding.com retailer tweeting the combat crunch bar launch was exceedingly successful. That is vague and ambiguous to say the least.

The protein bars are NOT manufactured at Capstone either further crimping margins I assume.

Q2 cc stated that Target Stores launch was complete as well as some drug store chains. Other than those comments, I can find no details though total sales declined (7%) YOY in first half of 2014 over 2015.

7% decline in spite of multiple new product launches and new retail partners. We get no accurate feedback from management.

MSLP pres Estalella in Q1 specifically states that sales are up on all product lines across all retail channels. That statement is impossible mathematically and should be clarified. Wynnefield stated as much demanding a correction on other company mis-statements or bald face lies. The company refused to respond.

I am in the camp that "Only with thine eyes shalt thy behold". It is clear to me that MSLP tells bald face lies and you cannot believe anything they say. I can support that statement with several anecdotes associated with sec investigation status or closure, forecast projections and reported sales. 99% of it are all lies and overstatements and have been bourn out as such.

Estalella speaks on the cc like a used car salesman. I am surprised he has used the little old lady from Pasadena in his pitch yet.
