No open market purchases by Macallan Partners, goodboy.

There's no evidence that Macallan Partners made open market purchases of REVO shares.

the filer stated they made open market purchases, so the filing was required.

Macallan Partners filed a Form 13-G to say they hold shares. They have said nothing about how they acquired those shares.

It could be that Macallan Partners bought REVO shares on the open market, but it's more likely that they got them by converting a loan note.

After all, the admitted strategy of Macallan Partners is to convert loan notes into shares, at a discount to the market price.

The REVO accounts show many conversions of loans to shares. For example:

From August 20 through September 6, 2013 $42,500 was converted into 70,131,842 common shares
