DTL: I only started loading this gem in May after receiving a "heads-up" from a few friends out West. I believe this is a wonderful investment and will continue to load at these extremely low prices. I think Cruz is doing a great job and with all the moves he has planned in the pipeline, GRCU will be the leader in this new "growing" market!
