Yes a shell was used as the launching platform, I too would be very wary of typical stinky pinking share selling schemes if this was a fresh offering. Its great that the last year has shown all the right signs of a product being produced and the lack of the typical massive dilution and driving down of the share price.

Still a long road and be wary but this is no longer a shell.
