I have to complain AGAIN about the American Express ad at the top of the page!

How do you STOP it from popping up! Everytime I go to the next message on a board, it pops up and blocks the NEXT Button, and I have to close it! Even my Pop Up Stopper doesn't stop it! It makes the site very FRUSTRATING to use!

I-Hub never used to be like this!
