Nobody makes money holding EVTI. Look at the chart. How many weeks in a row has it been in the red? The insiders are dumping and diluting behind a gagged TA. This is what happens as a result. People aren't completely stupid; they figure it out when somebody's got his hands in their pockets. Even in the dark.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
