Source of the AMD/IBM fab rumor?

According to this article from 2000, IBM is just on track with their previous plans.

It's a development line for the fab in building 323. Considering that IBM and AMD will be doing joint development for at least the 65nm node, AMD will have employees in the building. But beyond that...

So, anyone hear any recent rumors about Dell adopting AMD processors?
