It appears to me most of the float is bought up hence the very thin ask numbers. It looks like most people are just holding waiting for news.... It looks like if you were a new investor if you tried to buy millions of shares that would shoot the price up quite high and therefore making it a much more risky proposition I think that's why people are just buying in small little blocks trying to accumulate over time when people sell...imo
