Trader, you are on target! It looks like he is feeling the heat on WNTR and planning his exit. Frank's next move is with a company called Sputnik Enterprises, Inc. (SPNI).

He has used Ludvik Holdings, Inc to position himself to complete a reverse merger with this company. I am sure he is planning to run away (as he always does) from WNTR and then run the same game with this SPNI.

What kind of person does this?
