And Lou is probably stupid enough to think......

the SEC will be okay with him "turning tricks", and he's innocent because the check bounced.

Oh wait, he also took some CASH didn't he?

Why didn't he show some character and walk away if he believed something was wrong?

Why didn't he write an article outlining his mistakes and leave it on his website, instead of just removing the pump pieces he wrote?

Like I said, I look forward to his Answers filed with the Court.
