Sure. Regarding "leakage", it's August and the media is desperate for a story - on the other hand, perhaps the WH intentionally did send a signal. VP Biden did meet with Sem Warren and with VA's former Sen Jim Webb - he probably met with others don't know about to get input from various sources, which is how an executive operates. Still, Biden is behind HRC in $$$ and organization, which are critical in a campaign.
