Trying to get up to date with TPIV. There was a post a week or two ago that stated the company had received notice of nasdaq insufficiency (price). I cannot find a date or information as to when the 180 day normal period for getting in compliance (back over $1 for minimum 10 days) would have begun. Thanks for any aid in validating this information and time frames. My google skills are suspect to say the least and I only saw the one post.

Do you mean RXII? November 3 is the date given by the company. They are fully aware of it and have constructed a well laid out plan of how to recover the stock price by then. I think we're all hinging on them being able to accomplish the plan with good results.
